I have been a proponent of this product since I first purchased one for my trailer. After the experience I had with that purchase, I also then purchased one for the Harley Trike. The product has performed flawlessly since the beginning, and I have shared my story with everyone I speak with on this topic. I strongly recommend the product to everyone.

Just recently, my front tire unit on the Trike ceased communicating with the app. I contacted support and I can tell you I received what was one of the most fantastic customer service experiences in my life. The support agent and the supporting IT systems that they possess are clearly industry leading and aimed at providing a superior customer experience.

The technician (Kyle) was extremely professional and helpful, adding an additional reason for me to continue being a strong advocator for the product.

I spent my entire career in the customer service side of my industry, so I recognize exemplary customer service when I receive it. This company and it’s employees have built a product and service that I would call second to none – Industry leading and focused on ease of use.

Thank you to everyone at Minder for all of this – You have certainly gained a customer for life.

In reply to Scott Pierce. Hi Scott, The first thing you're going to want to check is to remove the transmitter from the tire with the TireMinder Monitor or App open. When the transmitter is removed from the tire, 0 PSI should be displayed. If you do not see 0 PSI at the corresponding tire position, please check the rest of the tire positions to see if there are any positions reading 0 PSI. If there is, it's possible that it could have been swapped with a different transmitter. If you still do not see any issue, please contact us for a replacement sensor. I have 1 sensor out of 12 that consistently gives me the nos signal. Not the battery, proximity to booster or display. Any ideas other than replacement ?

I use the TireMinder TM-77 on my Blue Bird coaches 10 wheels as well as the tows 4 tires. Returning from a rally in Georgia on I75, the monitor alarmed when one of my tows tires had a catastrophic failure due to the tire completely bursting when the belts separated.
The monitor was 46 feet away and immediately alarmed allowing me to pull over before further damage could be done to the rim as well as the tow vehicle.
With all 12 tires being constantly monitored while driving, I am not stressed about what is happening with my tow or 44,000 lb. coach having a tire pressure or temperature issue due to brakes dragging, a bad bearing, or an issue with a tire leaking or losing pressure.

Set up was easier than other unbits. Just instal batteries, set the time and date and its done. However, I’m concerned about the 3 sensors reading 4-5 degrees different from each other tho sitting side by side. I have a request in asking about calibrating and waiting for reply.
Not a deal breaker. I’m going to place them in the motor home. One in freezer, one in fridge and one in outside compartment.

I DID BETA TESTING FOR THIS APP AND IT WORKS GREAT. I CAN SET IT ON AUTO-SCROLL AND IT WILL KEEP ME INFORMED OF THE PSI AND TEMP FOR ALL MY TIRES. 6 ON MY MOTORHOME AND 4 ON MY TOW VEHICLE
