TireMinder TPMS Hexagonal Locking Ring Installation

 

Please Remember: Locking rings are not required to use the TireMinder Tire Pressure Monitoring System and should not be left on for extended periods of time.

Only use the locking rings when your vehicle is going to be in a static, high risk area.

Step 1: Fasten hex nut clockwise onto valve stem. Nut must be positioned at least ¼” (6.35mm) from top of valve stem.

Step 2: Fasten transmitter onto valve stem until hand tight.

Step 3: Rotate hex nut counter-clockwise towards the transmitter. Use wrench to tighten hex nut against transmitter.
