“What if the LCD display doesn’t light up?”
Time for new batteries!
“What kind of batteries does the TMG-860-85 take and how many?”
3 LR44 batteries, available at Wal-Mart, Radio Shack or any place that sells button style batteries.
“How do I replace the batteries?”
On the back of the gauge there is a small door near the base. Use a small screwdriver or a straightened paper clip to push the catch behind the arrow towards the arrow, and the door will open revealing the cleverly hidden batteries!
Then simply replace the batteries and the “door” and you are good to go!
