All though the tire minder is fully charged for approximately 30 days. This product is a very handy item to have to keep your tire minder charged during your extended trips.

As a retired WA State Trooper, safety is always paramount every time I get behind the wheel of any vehicle. Pre-trip inspections are always conducted which includes a circle of safety. One of the key elements of safety is the tire condition. Tread depth, age of tires, bulges, etc. are always checked. One of the most important tire checks is tire pressure. I purchase a Tire Minder TMG400C-6 to monitor tire pressure and heat while driving. This provides peace of mind knowing that between rest stops the tires are monitored for safety concerns. My co-pilot wife actually enjoys giving me updates because the monitor is so easy to use. The set up instructions were easy to follow. I have also found the customer service exceptional and as you would have expected customer service to be twenty years ago when the term really meant something. The product is great and the people are great at Minder Research. I highly recommend both and I will share the story at many campgrounds.

Purchased Tire Minder w/booster and 10 tire minders just a couple months back. Can’t believe the charger fell apart when pulling it out of Ram outlet……charger not only fell apart but a piece also went down the outlet and shorted it out. NOT GOOD. Someone should go back to the drawing board and rework. So why did I opt to pay the $23 something for new vs sending back the defective? Because I didn’t want to go thru the hassle, and had to pay for shipping back anyway. DISAPPOINTED to say the least.
